Job Title General Insurance Consultant
Location: Northwich, Cheshire (office based)
Hours of Work: 37.5 hours per week
9:00am - 9:00pm
7.5 hours per day
WEEKDAYS ONLY
Salary: Basic £14,000, OTE £21,000
Job Description: To sell general insurance products to customers.
  • You will need to achieve set targets and KPI's while providing an excellent level of customer service in a compliant manner;
  • You must have the ability to communicate effectively on the phone whilst demonstrating strong listening and interpersonal skills;
  • Achieve targets and KPI's as confirmed by the Call Centre Manager;
  • Operate in a compliant manner as per T&C guidelines and FSA regulation; and
  • Additional duties as required by Management.
Knowledge/Experience:
  • Some experience of working within a target driven sales environment would be a distinct advantage;
  • Must possess a clear and polite telephone manner; and
  • Ability to work to targets.
Qualifications: GCSE standard or equivalent
