Job Title	General Insurance Outbound Consultant
Location:	Northwich, Cheshire (office based)
Hours of Work:	37.5 hours per week 9:00am - 9:00pm 7.5 hours per day WEEKDAYS ONLY
Salary:	Basic £12,000, OTE £19,000
Job Description:	To generate Hot Key leads for GI Sales consultants, to increase the level of sales on the General Insurance team. Working against company targets; you must provide good customer service, conversion level and quality leads whilst working in a compliant manner . Achieve individual, and team, GI targets through following the Hot Key process. Call data provided to generate leads for the GI team. Deliver sufficient information to the customers to demonstrate the benefits of purchasing a product through Click Household. Utilise the software systems available in an organised an appropriate way to achieve targets and deliver good customer service in a compliant manner. Operate within the requirements of the company T&C policy working compliantly and providing good customer service at all times. Follow processes and procedures as laid out in General Insurance training Maintain your product and market knowledge in order to operate effectively and compliantly. Take personal responsibility for delivering targets set by management.
Knowledge/Experience:	Knowledge of the General Insurance market place – training will be provided. Business to consumer telesales experience would be an advantage Ability to communicate effectively on the telephone. Strong interpersonal skills. Some of working in a target driven environment. The desire to working in sales and be money driven
Qualifications:	GCSE standard or equivalent
