Job Title	Life Consultant
Location:	Bristol
Hours of Work:	37.5 hours per week Monday - Friday 8.00am - 4.30pm 9.00am - 5.30pm 12.30pm - 9.00pm Sat - 9.00am -5.30pm Sun - 11.00 - 7.00pm Each week:- 2 x early shifts 2 x late shifts 1 x weekend (will have 1 week day off in lieu)
Salary:	Basic £15,000, OTE £30,000 For the first 3 months of employment, the basic salary will be guaranteed at £20,000. After this time, the basic salary will be £15,000.
Job Description:	To sell non-investment life insurance products from leads generated from the internet and confirmed by our in-house call centre team. Your core duties will be: When arriving sort out any paper work from the previous day and pass onto the relevant person/department When you arrive turn on all systems so that you are ready to receive calls from the call centre Once a call/lead has been put through to you convert it into an application, at this point all information has to be conveyed to our clients in accordance with the FSA regulations Once an application has been taken, make sure all the details are correct and complete then process the application documentation. Once the application has been passed on to the correct department, get ready to take more calls to convert into more sales Additional duties as requested by Management
Knowledge/Experience:	You must have: Ability to communicate effectively on the telephone. Listening ability. Experience within a targeted environment. 1 years' experience in a sales environment is preferred but not essential.
Qualifications:	Educated to GCSE standard or equivalent
