Job Title Life Consultant
Location: Farnham, Surrey (office based)
Hours of Work: Shift pattern based on 37.5 hours per week between Monday and Friday, 9.00am-5.30pm; 12.30pm-9.00pm
Salary: Basic £15,000, OTE £30,000
Job Description: The purpose of this job role is to sell non-investment life insurance products to leads generated from the internet and the lead generation department, in accordance with FSA regulations. You will be expected to achieve strict KPI's of 13 contacts per day and 6 sales.

Duties:

  • Once a call/lead has been put through to you convert it into an application, at this point all information has to be conveyed to our clients in accordance with the FSA regulations;
  • Once an application has been taken, make sure all the details are correct and complete then process the application documentation;
  • Carry out duties in a compliant manner, as per T&C guidelines; and
  • Additional duties as requested by Management.
Knowledge/Experience:
  • You must have a confident telephone manner and excellent negotiation skills
  • Some previous experience of working within a sales environment; and
  • Ability to work within a highly targeted environment.
Qualifications: Educated to GCSE standard or equivalent
