Come on over to our place - jobseekers welcome at open evenings at major Surrey employer Click

CLICK, one of the UK's fastest growing life cover and secured loans specialists, gives jobseekers the chance to impress at open evenings on Tuesday 1 and Wednesday 2 May.

This initiative, which will run three to four times a month, aims to attract mainly sales and administrative staff for the company's Loans and Life call centres - 1 May is dedicated to Click's Loans department whereas 2 May will see open doors to the Life cover team.

"We are always on the look-out for new talent," said Click HR manager Anna White.

"Attending these events is a fantastic opportunity for anyone wanting to know what Click can offer them. Managers and representatives of our growing organisation will be on hand to discuss life at Click and share their experiences of how people can become part of our successful team.

"This is a great way of jumping the queue of the standard job application process."

Applicants will have the chance to shine in speed interviews and personality profiling exercises. After getting a foot in the door, potential recruits, if successful, will be invited for a second interview and could find themselves with the perfect job in a couple of days.

"Rather than just turning up on the night we ask applicants to send us their CVs so we can allocate a time for the speed interview," added White.

Click has also launched a series of recruitment evenings inviting recruitment agencies from the area.
