Briefly describe your role as Click Consult’s Marketing Manager

My role as Marketing Manager is centred around managing the marketing strategy in line with our wider company objectives, coordinating marketing campaigns, enhancing lead generation, measuring marketing effectiveness and overall brand management.

What does a typical day at Click Consult involve?

Not one day is the same here at Click, however a typical day starts with some research surrounding any new developments within the industry, a quick look over the inbox and then onto a series of checks across the department. Areas such as reviewing website performance, analysing all live marketing campaigns and a check of our CRM platform to ensure that it’s up to date and ready for our sales team to approach throughout the day.

Next up is a review of key deliverables for the day, ensuring that both the marketing and design departments are fully up to speed with the day’s requirements and deadlines. The day can then take a number of routes depending on my list of priorities for the week, tasks ranging from undertaking competitor analysis, reviewing the performance of our inbound marketing clients to managing the launch of a new service could all be present on my to do list.

What do you enjoy most about working at Click?

The most enjoying thing about working at Click, apart from the extremely talented people that work here, is the ever-changing nature of the industry. From a marketing perspective, it makes for an enjoyable challenge of keeping Click at the forefront of the industry in terms of our approach and positioning.

What’s the most embarrassing thing that’s ever happened to you?

There’s been plenty of embarrassing moments that’s happened to me on rugby tour – but you know the phrase ‘What goes on tour, stays on tour’!
