A day in the life of Kieron Kiffin, Key Account Manager
Here’s a glimpse into the life of Key Account Manager Kieron Kiffin, and why working in Click Consult’s account management team is like being in an episode of Games of Thrones…
What does a typical day for you on the account management team involve?
There is no typical day for me in the AM team. Every day throws together new and exciting tasks which makes each day unique and diverse.
I deal with a broad range of clients from many different industries, so the need to be up to date with different industry trends is vital.
I provide all my clients with up-to-date consistent information to allow our clients to be more proactive rather than reactive to the market.
What’s your favourite aspect of working at Click?
Click is a truly amazing company; to narrow my favourite aspect down to one particular thing wouldn’t be fair.
The main aspect that does stand out is the people that make Click the company it is.
Everybody is very friendly and accommodating and the atmosphere is one of the best I have worked in.
The work culture is awesome; I would compare it to episode 9 of any season of Game of Thrones. Exciting, gripping, head in hands moments, full of action and – at the end of the episode -leaves you wanting more.

Which teams do you interact with the most?
The AM team is the link between all the delivery teams and the client, its vital we have a strong working relationship with all departments in order to gain the best result.
Depending on the services the client has, I will interact with each team on that campaign equally and value each team contribution equally.
I do have a soft spot for the PPC team as they are leading the social nights, however the troops in the AM team are bringing back the glory days.
You’ve recently relocated to Wirral – what are your first impressions?
Moving to Wirral has been an easy transition, the people are friendly and the area is very nice. It does lack sun, sea and warm weather but there’s always West Kirby!

What’s the most embarrassing thing that’s ever happened to you (at work or otherwise)?
Well I have had many embarrassing moments, some not suitable to place in a blog but let’s just say I have been red faced on many occasions. To find out more you need to be a regular on the Click social scene…
