Netflights operates in an aggressive market, where many competitors are battling for users’ attention and, crucially, their bookings.

Netflight challenged Click Consult to increase the number of flights they sold through their website with our Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) service.

Before we started CRO testing, we took great care to plan a strategy that was right for the client and generate the correct hypothesis. We worked in close collaboration with Netflights to formulate a workable delivery plan that would meet their business objectives.

The hypothesis usually started from a recommendation we made based on our informed UX experience or potential UX issues highlighted by sessions viewed on User Replay. We also took steps to verify that design changes in the development pipeline would not have a negative impact on conversion.

Our experts were responsible for building the CRO tests and delivering a comprehensive QA process. For Netflights, we averaged four tests per month.
