Describe your role as Head of Business Development I work on RFPs (requests for proposals) and tenders for new business as well as identifying growth opportunities and managing relationships with existing clients. Anna (second from right) and her Click colleagues What would you say is the most challenging aspect of your role? Some of the tender deadlines we work to can be pretty tight but we always meet them and myself and the team enjoy the challenge. And the most enjoyable? My role is very much client facing and this is the element of my job that I enjoy the most. What will you miss most about Click while you’re on maternity leave? Probably adult company and sleep (but not at work)! You’re known for your serious addiction to pick’n’mix – which is your favourite sweetie? Ha! I love them all!
